Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Pypple Technology LLC ("we"), which makes PDF Kit Pro and licenses it to you. They cover buying and using PDF Kit Pro for Mac, and we've kept them short and plain.

Buying PDF Kit Pro

• PDF Kit Pro for Mac is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price on this site includes tax: you pay exactly the price you see.
• Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase (Stripe Managed Payments). Stripe takes the payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, so the receipt may name Stripe or Link as the seller of record. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself. Your license to use PDF Kit Pro comes from Pypple Technology LLC.
• After you pay, we email you a license key and a link to download PDF Kit Pro.

Your license

• One license lets you use PDF Kit Pro on one Mac at a time, for personal or work use.
• Activating goes online once, when you first enter your key. After that, PDF Kit Pro works without the internet.
• To move your license, open PDF Kit Pro's Settings on the old Mac, choose License and click Deactivate This Mac, then activate on the new one. If the old Mac is lost or broken, write to us and we'll free your key.
• Please don't share, sell or publish your license key.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying, you can have a full refund, no questions asked. A refunded license is switched off. See Refunds.

Your documents

Your documents are yours. PDF Kit Pro works on them on your Mac and doesn't send them to us. It checks every save before replacing your file, but keep backups of anything important: no software is perfect.

A drawn signature places a picture of your handwriting on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.

No guarantees

We work hard to make PDF Kit Pro reliable, but it is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will be free of mistakes or right for every purpose. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost income, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid for your license. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms in place when you bought cover your purchase.
