Lost your license key?

It's in the email we sent when you bought PDF Kit Pro, with the subject "Your PDF Kit Pro license". If you can't find it, write to us from the address you bought with and we'll send it again.

Moving to a new Mac

One license works on one Mac at a time. On the old Mac, open PDF Kit Pro's Settings, choose License and click Deactivate This Mac. Then open PDF Kit Pro on the new Mac and enter your key.

If the old Mac is lost, broken or already gone, write to us and we'll free your key.

"Already active on another Mac"

Your key is still active on a different Mac. Deactivate it there first, or write to us if you can't.

Activating

Activating needs the internet once, when you first enter your key. After that, PDF Kit Pro works without it.

What PDF Kit Pro needs

A Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15 Sequoia or later. The Apple Intelligence tools need macOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on.
